As an accredited 200-hour RYT with 10 years of practice and teaching experience from India to New Zealand, I bring a unique perspective rooted in ancient wisdom to the wellness space. From Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathwork to Hatha and Vinyasa-style yoga, I hold space for all mobility levels that foster community and connection in the Upper Peninsula and beyond. My guidance is focused on supporting you to find comfort in both movement and stillness, connect with your Self, and do the work both on and off your mat. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’ll navigate the knowing and unknowing with you.

"At this moment, you are seamlessly flowing with the cosmos. There is no difference between your breathing and the breathing of the rain forest, between your bloodstream and the world’s rivers, between your bones and the chalk cliffs of Dover.”

About Me:
The Journey of Stillness and Movement
It all started with a question: What if the path back to ourselves isn’t something we seek outwardly but something we rediscover within?
My journey began with a camera, a one-way ticket, and a longing for something more. I packed my life into a backpack, built my first website, and set off to wander the world, immersing myself in new cultures, ancient traditions, and the undeniable wisdom of movement and stillness. From living out of a Honda CRV in New Zealand and documenting mindfulness retreats in Portugal to deepening my yoga practice in India and Ecuador, the journey cracked me open. It challenged everything I thought I knew about wellness, about work, and about being.
Yoga found me in the spaces between. Between movement and stillness. Between the rush of travel and the grounding of breath. Between the stories I told for others and the one I had yet to write for myself.
With a decade of practice and teaching, yoga is more than just movement—it’s a practice of coming home to your Self. Through breath, stillness, and intentional movement, we create space to reconnect, release, and realign.
I earned my RYT certification from Holistic Yoga School in Colorado and have since taught Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. My studies have taken me around the world—from Peru’s Sacred Valley to practicing in the coastal stillness of Costa Rica. Each experience has reinforced my belief that yoga is a tool for transformation, not just on the mat but in daily life.
In my teaching, I focus on accessibility, reading the room, and presence. Whether in a corporate wellness setting, a pop-up session in nature, a private consultation, or a guided retreat, my approach will meet you where you are while challenging you to take the reigns and do the work on an off the mat. Yoga isn’t about achieving the “perfect” pose—it’s about building awareness, strengthening the mind-body connection, and creating a practice that supports your unique life.
In our sessions, we’ll explore all eight limbs of yoga. Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, find community, improve focus, or simply carve out time for yourself, I offer guidance that integrates seamlessly into your routine.
Yoga is a practice of remembering—the breath, the body, and the present moment. Let’s explore it together.
